- Establishes a competitive advantage that will enable sales and profitability to grow
- Builds a culture where involvement and mutual respect encourage continuous improvement

Upon completion, you will have a basic awareness of different process improvement methods, understand how to execute improvement projects, techniques to create a continuous improvement culture, and the tools and techniques needed to create stable and efficient processes.
Green Belts are specialists in executing Lean Six Sigma projects. With the right combination of specialist expertise, statistical analysis and structured Lean Six Sigma methodology, you will be able to achieve significant improvements in performance and quality. A Green Belt might work alone or as a junior project manager in a team or as a team member in larger Black Belt project.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are experts in executing Lean Six Sigma projects. As a program manager they are responsible for managing complex breakthrough projects and supporting improvement teams with tools and techniques. They have both skills for applying analytical tools and skills for leading change.
RCI lean experts will work with your employees on the floor during the beginning stages of lean implementation to provide support, answer questions, and make sure training is transferred to the shop floor to drive lasting change.
Want to develop your own production system and training? RCI can develop a customized production system for your organization as well as curriculum to train your employees.
Many certification programs do not have a hand on or practical application of concepts. We feel strongly that you cannot certify without verification of skills. RCI will guide employees on their first few lean projects to ensure transfer of training and sustainability of the program.
